To provide free prescription of Celebrex, a relatively safe but more expensive anti-arthritis/pain-relief drug, to a cumulative number of 240 patients at FYKH. At present, patients have to pay for the drug cost themselves as the drug is not available in the HA drug formulary, and most of the geriatric patients cannot afford the cost.
