Mr. Chan is bed-bounded and had poor lying posture, bed-sore was developed. He had an inflatable pressure relief mattress previously, however due to wear and tear over time, it was no longer suitable for fixation. To prevent further deterioration of the bed sore, a new foam made pressure relief mattress is recommended in replacement of the old mattress.
