Miss Cheung is a stroke survivor with hypertension. She had fair dynamic balance and used walking frame for mobility. In view of her current physical condition and living environment, home modification is recommended including removal of existing toilet door, installation of a plastic folding door, installation of horizontal handrail in front of toilet seat, and installation of L shaped handrail by the shower.
