Mr. Lai suffered from cervical spinal stenosis and also experienced non-rhemumatic mitral regurgitation. Domiciliary occupational therapy assessments were conducted and found that Mr. Lai had fair static and dynamic sitting balance. Mr. Lai is at high risk of fall and was unable to get into bathtub for bathing, therefore a bath bench is recommended for him.
