Mr. Lee worked as a lorry driver for years. He is suffering from left macular degeneration. Owing to eye problem, he stopped working in August 2013 and he and his daughter who is aged 13, are receiving CSSA. The family savings is limited and thus Mr. Lee has great difficulty to afford the laser therapy and Lucentis.
